The staff here are amazing, I have never stayed somewhere where they were so accommodating and just overall nice people. Everyone was super nice but we worked mostly with Kim. She is a rockstar for sure. My only complaint was the floors were dirty when we got there but we got there super late and it was an easy fix. We just moved here and found this place on the whim. For the price it’s worth it. We had to stay over 2 weeks until we found us a permanent place. We would definitely stay there again if we needed to. The pool was very clean and nice and it’s a great location.
Stayed here after a show on Saturday. They called to let me know the room they had reserved for me was having issues with the lock and if I wanted to cancel the reservation. Since it was already after 9pm, I didn't want to find another hotel so they informed me that the lock had to be opened with a black box. We could go in the room but if we came out, we couldn't get back in so someone would have to be in the room at all times. That wasn't an issue as we were turning and burning anyway. The room was clean but the corners could've used a good dusting. The hotel is a bit dated and could use some upgrades but overall I had a good stay. The bed was comfortable and the water was HOT!! The front desk associate and maintenance guy were very professional and provided great customer service. Although the hotel was sold out, it was very quiet that night . The property is in a main location so it was easy to find. would definitely stay here again.
Eunice at the front desk was very helpful. They let u stay as long as u need. Of course it's not upscale as most people here are trying to save for a place but very affordable. Lots of amenities that other extended stay hotels don't have. The room is spacious and has utensils, cabinet space, coffee pot, stove top, dishes, and full fridge. There's a table as well. This is an extended stay hotel. There are outdoor grills and picnic tables and u can stay as long as u need with out having to move rooms unless something has to be fixed. Haven't been here long but haven't had any problems and Eunice at the front desk is amazingly helpful! The manager maybe not sure she has blonde hair she was very nice as well and asked how we were when we saw her the next day. They have more than one washer and dryer big upgrade from Studio 6.
I LOVE the staff here!!! My family and i have came up on some rough times and have had to stay here for almost a year now. Everyone here has been super friendly and welcoming!!! They make sure to keep the doggydoo cleaned up and keep the pool, grill, and pond areas nice n clean as well. I always recommend the suburban to anyone thats looking for a clean, friendly and affordable place to stay!!!
